Job Description:

Responsible for meeting expected customer service levels by answering regular customer inquiries and concerns via the telephone.


  • Promptly processing and answering customer inquiries and concerns,
  • Communicating professionally and providing accurate responses to customer queries
  • Educate the customer on products and services
  • Suggest marketing deals to customers during service calls

Skills and Experience

  • Graduation ( desirable)
  • Min one year of call center experience
  • Expertise in customer service and tele sales greatly preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish: Read, write, speak
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
